Refund Policy
- Processing Time
- Refund requests will be processed in 24 hours after being approved.
- Service Fee
- A 5% service fee will apply to all refunds.
- Any mobile banking service fees (bKash, Nagad, Rocket etc.) will also be deducted.
- Eligibility
- Refunds will only be approved for valid, compliant transactions.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect or inaccurate payment or transaction details provided by the customer
- Fraud and Policy Violations
- Suspicious activity or violations of policy will enable BarterShift to block accounts or block/payments.
- Administration fees will apply in this regard.
- Customer Responsibility
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate or correct transaction details.
- If incorrect details cause an error, BarterShift takes no responsibility.
